The invention discloses a battery cell safety detection method, device and system and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: detecting whether the battery cell has pressure sudden change or is collided through an elastic wave sensor arranged on the surface of the battery cell, and if the battery cell has pressure sudden change or is collided, determining whether the battery cell has pressure sudden change or is collided; judging whether the pressure of the battery cell is within a preset pressure range or not according to an output signal of a pressure sensor arranged on the surface of the battery cell, and judging whether the temperature of the battery cell is within a preset temperature range or not according to an output signal of a temperature sensor arranged on the surface of the battery cell; and when any one or more conditions that the pressure of the battery cell is not within the preset pressure range and the temperature of the battery cell is not within the preset temperature range occur, carrying out safety alarm.
