The invention relates to an expressway variable speed limit control method under a digital twinning condition, which comprises the following steps: building a scene simulation model, and generating a reference variable speed limit cooperative control strategy; constructing a traffic efficiency index and a traffic safety index, performing strategy effect evaluation, and constructing a historical data event library; establishing a simulation model for each new scene in the historical data event library, and sequentially updating and optimizing the reference variable speed limit control strategy in each scene by using a continuous learning algorithm; and carrying out parallel test on the multi-scene variable speed-limiting control strategy to obtain an optimal variable speed-limiting control strategy, and applying the optimal variable speed-limiting control strategy to variable speed-limiting control in a real environment. Compared with the prior art, the knowledge memory of the variable speed limit control strategy in the learning process of each scene is saved, the applicability is improved, the operation of the expressway traffic flow can be effectively optimized, the efficient optimization of the variable speed limit cooperative control strategy is realized, and the effectiveness of the variable speed limit control strategy in the empirical application process is ensured.

    本发明涉及一种数字孪生条件下的快速道路可变限速控制方法,包括搭建场景仿真模型,生成基准可变限速协同控制策略;构建交通效率指标和交通安全指标,进行策略效果评估,并构筑历史数据事件库;为历史数据事件库中每个新场景搭建仿真模型,使用持续学习算法依次在每个场景对基准可变限速控制策略进行更新优化;进行多场景可变限速控制策略的平行测试,得到最优的可变限速控制策略,应用于现实环境进行可变限速控制。与现有技术相比,本发明保存了可变限速控制策略在每个场景的学习过程中的知识记忆,提高了适用性,能有效优化快速道路交通流的运行,实现可变限速协同控制策略的高效寻优,确保可变限速控制策略在实证应用过程中的有效性。
