The invention belongs to the field of V2G, and particularly relates to an electric vehicle charging and discharging scheduling method of a V2G network based on a queuing theory, and the method comprises the steps: constructing a V2G electric vehicle charging and discharging network; authenticating the EV user and sharing the key information; generating a charging and discharging queuing model according to the PLAS scheme under the TOUP background; constructing a queuing theory model-based CS recommendation algorithm with a cutoff parameter CO; according to the constructed CS recommendation algorithm, generating a charging and discharging scheduling response for the EV user; according to the network service feedback information, the V2G network updates a cutoff parameter CO and user general information in real time so as to update an optimal scheduling strategy in real time; the method can effectively coordinate the charging and discharging process of the electric vehicle, obtains profits from unused stored power, and reduces the high power demand caused by simultaneous charging of a large number of electric vehicle users to the maximum extent, so as to balance the load of the power grid and the load peak-to-valley ratio at the peak moment of the power grid.
