The first acquisition module acquires a second voltage signal of the second detection end according to the first control signal generated by the calculation module. The second acquisition module acquires a first voltage signal of the first detection end and acquires a third voltage signal of the third detection end according to the second control signal. The calculation module determines the fault states of the charging switch module and the discharging switch module according to the voltage signals. According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the switch tube can be detected, and the accuracy of fault diagnosis of the switch tube of the battery management system is improved.
