The invention discloses a high-bearing hypersonic-speed folding rudder adapting to thermal deformation, which consists of four parts, namely a movable control surface, a fixed control surface, an unfolding mechanism and a locking mechanism, and the movable control surface and the fixed control surface are high-temperature-resistant metal control surfaces; and the locking mechanism comprises two groups of locking pins I, two groups of locking pins II, a pressure spring, a locking nail, a locking nut and the like. The unfolding mechanism comprises a rotating shaft, a torsion bar and the like; the locking pin I and the locking pin II have rectangular sections, and a certain gap is reserved between the locking pin I and the fixed control surface and between the locking pin II and the movable control surface in the chordwise direction of the folded rudder, so that thermal deformation caused by temperature gradient in the flight process of the air rudder can be adapted. And a multi-pin locking structure formed by four groups of locking pins can bear a large-value normal aerodynamic load. The device is especially suitable for hypersonic aircrafts with large thermal deformation and large aerodynamic loads.
本发明公开了一种适应热变形的高承载高超声速折叠舵,由动舵面、定舵面、展开机构及锁紧机构四个部分组成,其中动舵面、定舵面为耐高温金属舵面;锁紧机构包括两组锁紧销Ⅰ、两组锁紧销Ⅱ、压簧、锁钉、锁紧螺母等。展开机构由转轴、扭杆等组成;锁紧销Ⅰ、锁紧销Ⅱ均为矩形截面,其与定、动舵面在折叠舵弦向方向预留一定间隙,可适应空气舵飞行过程中由温度梯度带来的热变形。四组锁紧销组成的多销锁紧结构,可承受大量值法向气动载荷。特别适合热变形大、气动载荷大的高超声速飞行器使用。
