The invention provides an oil pump control method and device and a vehicle lubricating system. The control method comprises the steps that based on the rotating speed and torque of a driving motor, the oil pump flow needed by the driving motor and a speed reducer is obtained through CFD simulation; synthesizing the oil pump flow required by the driving motor and the speed reducer to obtain a target flow required to be provided by the oil pump; and the oil pump motor is controlled to operate at the target rotating speed of the corresponding segmented interval based on the target flow segment, the segmented interval is a rotating speed interval composed of a plurality of nodes, and each node is composed of a flow value and a rotating speed value associated with the flow value.
