The turbocharger with the electric control waste gas bypass control valve comprises a waste gas bypass valve executing mechanism, a gas compressor and a turbine, the waste gas bypass valve executing mechanism is used for controlling the opening degree of a waste gas bypass valve by adjusting gas pressure, and the waste gas bypass valve executing mechanism comprises a push rod, a rocker arm, the waste gas bypass valve and a pneumatic executing mechanism; the system further comprises an electric control waste gas bypass control valve, an air inlet connector of the electric control waste gas bypass control valve is connected with a first ventilation pipe, and the other end of the first ventilation pipe is connected with a whole vehicle compressed air tank. An air outlet connector of the electric control waste gas bypass control valve is connected with a second breather pipe, and the other end of the second breather pipe is connected with a pneumatic executing mechanism; the electric control waste gas bypass control valve is electrically connected with an ECU, and the pressure of compressed air output by the electric control waste gas bypass control valve is adjusted through the ECU. The invention has the advantages of simple structure, high control precision and the like.

    本发明公开了一种具有电控废气旁通控制阀的涡轮增压器,所述增压器包括废气旁通阀执行机构、压气机、涡轮机,废气旁通阀执行机构用于通过调节气压,进而控制废气旁通阀的开度,其包括推杆、摇臂、废气旁通阀、气动执行机构,还包括电控废气旁通控制阀,所述电控废气旁通控制阀的进气接头连接第一通气管,第一通气管的另一端连接政整车压缩气罐;所述电控废气旁通控制阀的出气接头连接第二通气管,第二通气管的另一端连接气动执行机构;所述电控废气旁通控制阀和ECU电连接,通过ECU调节所述电控废气旁通控制阀输出的压缩空气压力。本发明具有结构简单、控制精度高等优点。
