The invention relates to the technical field of tire rubber, and provides a preparation method of a silicon dioxide-alginate microcapsule in order to solve the problem that in the prior art, microspheres for encapsulating an anti-aging agent are not easy to disperse uniformly in a rubber matrix. TEOS is neutralized with stronger ammonia water to prepare a precursor solution, and microcapsules A are prepared through further hydrolysis and polycondensation of a precursor; (3-aminopropyl) triethoxysilane is added into the liquid containing the microcapsule A, stirring is carried out under the condition of 40-60 DEG C, and a microcapsule B is prepared; adding the microcapsule B and N-hydroxysuccinimide into the reaction mixture, and continuously stirring at room temperature to obtain a microcapsule C; adding the freeze-dried microcapsule C into an aqueous solution containing metal ions to prepare a microcapsule D; the invention further provides a rubber composition for preventing the appearance from being colored and a preparation method of the rubber composition. On the basis of retaining the advantages of slow release and controlled release, the microcapsules are not easy to gather and can be uniformly dispersed in a rubber matrix.

    本发明涉及轮胎橡胶技术领域,为解决现有技术中封装防老剂的微球在橡胶基体中不容易分散均匀的问题,提供一种二氧化硅‑海藻酸盐微胶囊的制备方法。用浓氨水中和TEOS制得前驱体溶液,通过前驱体的进一步水解和缩聚制得微胶囊A;将(3‑氨基丙基)三乙氧基硅烷加入上述含有微胶囊A的液体中,在40‑60℃条件下搅拌,制得微胶囊B;将微胶囊B和N‑羟基琥珀酰亚胺加入到所述反应混合物中,在室温下连续搅拌,得到微胶囊C;将冷冻干燥好的微胶囊C加入含金属离子的水溶液中,制得微胶囊D。本发明还提供防止外观泛彩的橡胶组合物及其制备方法。本发明在保留缓释控释优点的基础上,微胶囊之间的不容易聚集,可均匀的分散在橡胶基体中。
