The invention discloses a vertical lifting control system and control method for a lifting appliance of a transfer vehicle, the vertical lifting control system for the lifting appliance of the transfer vehicle adopts an input unit, a controller and an output unit, the input unit is used for inputting target height information; and the controller is used for performing program modeling and algorithm processing, calculating the height difference from the current height to the target height and the displacement of the variable-amplitude oil cylinder and the erecting oil cylinder according to the target height information input by the input unit, and controlling the output unit to provide corresponding hydraulic flow so as to realize vertical lifting of the lifting appliance. According to the vertical lifting control system and method for the lifting appliance of the transfer vehicle, the amplitude fluctuation in the vertical lifting process of the lifting appliance can be kept within the range of +/-10 mm; the operation intensity of a loader owner is effectively reduced; and the flexibility of the vertical lifting height of the lifting appliance is improved through the combination of a manual operation mode and an automatic operation mode.

    本发明公开了一种转载车吊具垂直升降控制系统与控制方法,转载车吊具垂直升降控制系统采用输入单元、控制器和输出单元,输入单元,用于输入目标高度信息;控制器用于负责程序建模及其算法处理,并根据输入单元输入的目标高度信息,计算出当前高度到目标高度的高度差、以及变幅油缸与起竖油缸的位移量,控制输出单元提供相应的液压流量,实现吊具的垂直升降。本发明提供的转载车吊具垂直升降控制系统与控制方法,能实现吊具垂直升降过程中保持幅度波动在±10mm的范围内;有效降低转载车主机手的操作强度;手动自动操作方式的结合,提高了吊具垂直升降高度的灵活性。
