The invention discloses a positioning and connecting method for a hanging bracket in electromechanical modular installation. The positioning and connecting method comprises the following steps that 1, a pipeline module is placed in place; the pipeline module comprises a hanging bracket and a pipeline material installed on the hanging bracket. The hanging bracket is provided with a plurality of positioning seat plates used for being connected with the fixing supports. 2, the pipeline module is lifted upwards through lifting equipment; before the pipeline module is lifted upwards, guide steel cables are arranged on the at least two positioning seat plates in a penetrating mode, the guide steel cables penetrate through bolt holes of the corresponding positioning seat plates, the guide steel cables penetrate through bolt holes of the fixing supports in the vertical direction at the same time, and the upper ends of the guide steel cables are connected with limiting pieces. In the process that the positioning seat plate gets close to the corresponding fixed support, tension is applied to the lower end of the guide steel cable; and 3, after the pipeline module is lifted in place, the positioning seat plate and the corresponding fixing support are connected through a bolt and nut assembly. The guiding steel rope can guide and position the pipeline module, and the positioning difficulty in the hanging bracket mounting process can be reduced.

    本申请公开了机电模块化安装中吊架的定位连接方法,包括如下步骤:步骤1,将管线模块放置就位;管线模块包括吊架和安装在吊架的管线材料,吊架具有多个用于连接固定支座的定位座板;步骤2,利用吊装设备向上提升管线模块;在向上提升管线模块之前,在至少两个定位座板穿设导向钢索,导向钢索穿过对应的定位座板的螺栓孔,导向钢索同时沿竖向穿过固定支座的螺栓孔,导向钢索的上端连接限位件;在定位座板靠近对应的固定支座的过程中,对导向钢索的下端施加拉力;步骤3,管线模块提升就位后,利用螺栓螺母组件连接定位座板和对应的固定支座。本申请中导向钢索能够对管线模块进行导向、定位,有利于减少吊架安装过程中定位的难度。
