The invention relates to the technical field of ship installation, and discloses an installation method of a detachable ship body stand column. Reinforcing toggle plates are welded to the side edges of the two ends of the detachable stand column; the detachable stand column is fixed between the T-shaped beam and the deck, the two ends of the detachable stand column are not welded to the T-shaped beam on the upper portion and the deck on the lower portion, and the reinforcing toggle plates are welded to the T-shaped beam and the deck; marking the upper part and the lower part of the detachable stand column, namely the T-shaped beam and the deck; temporary reinforcing columns are additionally arranged near the detachable stand columns and at the positions where the cabin units are not affected in position, and structural deformation caused by detaching the detachable stand columns is prevented; the reinforcing toggle plates are cut off, and meanwhile the detachable stand columns are dismantled; and after the cabin unit is in place, the detachable stand columns are reassembled and welded to the T-shaped beams and the deck, and the temporary reinforcing columns are removed after welding is completed. The detachable stand columns guarantee the overall compression resistance of the ship body structure in the installation stage, and meanwhile the stand columns can be conveniently disassembled and secondarily installed in the cabin unit installation process.
本发明涉及船舶安装技术领域,公开一种可拆船体立柱的安装方法,在可拆立柱的两端侧边焊接加强肘板;将可拆立柱固定到T型梁和甲板之间,可拆立柱的两端与上部的T型梁和下部的甲板之间不作任何焊接,将加强肘板分别与T型梁和甲板进行焊接;在可拆立柱的上方和下方,即T型梁和甲板上进行标记;在可拆立柱的附近且不影响舱室单元就位的位置增加临时加强柱防止拆除可拆立柱导致结构变形;将加强肘板进行割除,并同时拆除可拆立柱;当舱室单元就位之后,将可拆立柱重新装回,并和T型梁和甲板进行焊接,焊接完成后移除临时加强柱。可拆立柱形式在安装阶段,保证了船体结构的整体抗压性能,同时方便立柱在舱室单元安装过程中进行拆除和二次安装。
