    本公开实施例是关于一种镁铝混合轻量化CCB结构,包括:压铸本体,为镁合金一体压铸件;压铸本体的上端设有线束支撑支架;压铸本体的下端依次设置有膝部护板安装支架、左下连接支架焊接总成、副仪表安装支架焊接总成、右下连接支架焊接总成、右侧副仪表安装支架和右端板安装支架,且左下连接支架焊接总成、副仪表安装支架焊接总成以及右下连接支架焊接总成均采用铝合金冲压工艺制作而成。本实施例中,CCB结构采用上镁、下铝的轻质合金CCB结构,上半部分采用压铸工艺,设计了横向布置的3层力量传递能量环系统;下半部分多种支架组合成”三角形“力量传递系统;生产效率高、产品一致性高、轻量化程度高,较传统钢制管梁轻量化55%,批量生产成本低。
