The invention discloses an early warning method for sudden brake stepping of a driver and a related system, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the credibility of a vehicle brake condition based on vehicle driving information and vehicle control information, and obtaining a judgment result of sudden brake of the vehicle according to the credibility of the vehicle brake condition. According to the method, the sensing data of multiple dimensions inside and outside the vehicle can be reflected, the braking condition of the vehicle can be judged by using the multi-azimuth parameters of the driving control data of the vehicle and the driving environment data of the vehicle, and the judgment accuracy of the braking condition with sudden treading under the condition of misoperation can be effectively improved; therefore, the vehicle can be controlled based on the judgment result, when the situation that the brake is severely treaded really exists, brake power output can be reduced in time, it is ensured that the vehicle can be decelerated stably, and therefore the occurrence rate of vehicle unbalance or rear-end collision accidents caused by brake locking of the vehicle is reduced.
