The invention provides a motion gear shifting control method of a permanent magnet type direct current torque motor, which comprises the following steps of: determining whether to instruct the permanent magnet type direct current torque motor of an electric vehicle to perform gear shifting according to the road surface state of a road where the electric vehicle runs currently; when the electric vehicle is in the climbing motion state or the downhill motion state currently, the permanent magnet type direct current torque motor is indicated to be switched to a first gear or a second gear, so that the electric vehicle always keeps stable driving in the climbing and downhill processes; when it is determined that the permanent magnet type direct-current torque motor does not need gear shifting, if the electric vehicle is in the turning motion state currently, the permanent magnet type direct-current torque motor is indicated to be in the current gear state, and the rotating speed output outwards is reduced; according to the method, the electric motor can be indicated to conduct adaptive gear shifting operation on the basis of the road surface state of the road where the electric vehicle actually runs and the climbing/downhill motion state of the electric vehicle, and therefore it can be guaranteed that the electric vehicle stably runs on different roads.
本发明提供了永磁式直流力矩电动机的运动换挡控制方法,其根据电动车当前行驶所在的道路路面状态,确定是否指示电动车的永磁式直流力矩电动机进行换挡;以及在电动车当前处于爬坡运动状态或下坡运动状态,指示永磁式直流力矩电动机切换至第一档位或第二档位,使得电动车在爬坡和下坡过程中始终保持稳定行驶;当确定永磁式直流力矩电动机不需要进行换挡时,若电动车当前处于转弯运动状态,则指示永磁式直流力矩电动机在当前档位状态下,减小向外输出的转速,上述方法能够以电动车实际行驶所在道路路面状态以及电动车的爬坡/下坡运动状态为基准,指示电动机进行适应性的换挡操作,这样能够保证电动车在不同道路上进行平稳的行驶。
