The invention discloses a BMS control circuit, a battery management system and an electric vehicle. The control circuit of the BMS comprises a charging and discharging switch module, a follow current module and a control module, the charging and discharging switch module is used for being connected between a battery and a load. The freewheeling module is connected in parallel with a load; the control module is respectively connected with the charging and discharging switch module and the follow current module, and the control module is used for generating a first control signal and a second control signal; the charging and discharging switch module is used for being turned off in response to the first control signal; and the follow current module is started in response to the second control signal when the charging and discharging switch module is switched off. According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the problem that devices are easy to damage due to impact current generated when charging and discharging of the electric vehicle are suddenly stopped is solved.
