The invention discloses an automobile awning adjusting method and device, equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring use habit data of a user on the sky screen and current illumination intensity data of an external environment within a preset time period; determining corrected illumination intensity data based on the use habit data and the current illumination intensity data; and adjusting the light transmittance of the sky screen based on the corrected illumination intensity data.
