A third connecting port communicated with the internal air inlet assembly through a first ventilation pipeline is formed in the second adjusting plate, and the first ventilation pipeline is connected with the first adjusting plate through a first connecting assembly; the first driving assembly drives the adjusting assembly to move; the adjusting assembly, the single impeller and the first driving assembly are matched to complete independent air inlet of inner circulation and outer circulation, the air inlet rate ratio of inner circulation and outer circulation can be adjusted according to the requirements of a passenger compartment, and the comfort of the passenger compartment is met while energy is saved.
