The invention relates to the technical field of automotive interior materials, and discloses an automotive lightweight interior material which comprises a base material layer, an upper surface layer and a lower surface layer, and the thickness ratio of the base material layer to the surface layers is (6-8): 1; the surface layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of polypropylene, 15-25 parts of EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate), 10-15 parts of modified nano silicon dioxide, 16-20 parts of a composite flame retardant, 1-2 parts of a coloring agent and 0.2-0.5 part of an antioxidant; the base material layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of polypropylene, 10-15 parts of maleic anhydride grafted POE (Polyolefin Elastomer), 20-25 parts of carbon fibers, 12-18 parts of hollow glass beads, 4-8 parts of a foaming agent and 0.2-0.5 part of an antioxidant. The light filler is added into the base material layer and is subjected to foaming forming, light weight can be effectively achieved, the composite flame retardant is added into the surface layer, and the flame retardant effect is improved through the synergistic effect.

    本发明涉及汽车内饰材料技术领域,公开了一种汽车轻量化内饰材料,包括基材层和上、下表皮层,其中基材层与表皮层的厚度比为6‑8:1;表皮层包括以下重量份的各组分:聚丙烯100份、EVA 15‑25份、改性纳米二氧化硅10‑15份、复合阻燃剂16‑20份、着色剂1‑2份、抗氧剂0.2‑0.5份;基材层包括以下重量份的各组分:聚丙烯100份、马来酸酐接枝POE 10‑15份、碳纤维20‑25份、空心玻璃微珠12‑18份、发泡剂4‑8份、抗氧剂0.2‑0.5份。本发明基材层添加轻质填料并发泡成型,可有效实现轻量化,且表皮层中添加复合阻燃剂,通过协同作用,提高阻燃效果。
