The input shaft first oil hole, the shaft sleeve second oil hole, the input second oil groove and the output second oil hole form a second oil way; the input shaft second oil hole and the shaft sleeve third oil hole form a third oil way. The motor has the beneficial effects that 1, through the first oil way and the second oil way, due to the fact that a rotor structure assembled by internal and external splines is arranged at the corresponding position of the rotor end plate on the output side, in the special assembling environment, only one side is provided with the oil hole, and windings at the two ends of the rotor and the stator can be fully cooled; 2, the bearing is cooled through a third oil way, and the service life of the bearing is ensured; and 3, a first oil way, a second oil way and a third oil way are designed, so that the problem of dynamic balance de-weight of the rotor with the bearing in a special assembly environment is avoided, and the mode of advanced action balance de-weight and bearing reassembly is realized.
本发明涉及一种混动油冷电驱动转子,包括输入轴第一油孔、轴套第一油孔、输入第一油槽、铁芯第一油孔及输出第一油孔组成第一油路;输入轴第一油孔、轴套第二油孔、输入第二油槽及输出第二油孔组成第二油路;输入轴第二油孔及轴套第三油孔组成第三油路。本发明的有益效果在于:1、通过第一油路、第二油路,由于在输出侧转子端板相应位置有内外花键装配的转子结构,在此特殊装配环境下,只在一侧开油孔,能实现对转子及定子两端的绕组进行充分冷却;2、通过第三油路,实现对轴承的冷却,确保轴承的使用寿命;3、设计第一油路、第二油路及第三油路,避免特殊装配环境下,转子带轴承的动平衡去重问题,实现先进行动平衡去重,再装配轴承的方式。
