The invention relates to the technical field of battery management, in particular to a battery direct-liquid double-cold-plate structure and a direct-liquid double-cold-heat management system thereof. Comprising a passenger compartment air conditioner loop, a battery liquid cooling loop and a motor loop, the passenger compartment air conditioner loop is located at one end of the battery liquid cooling loop, and the motor loop is located at the top of the battery liquid cooling loop; the passenger compartment air conditioner loop comprises a compressor, a liquid storage tank, a first expansion valve, an evaporator, a second expansion valve and a battery direct-liquid double-cooling plate, and the bottom of the compressor is connected with the liquid storage tank. According to the direct-liquid double-cold-plate structure of the battery and the direct-liquid double-cold-heat management system thereof, provided by the invention, the irregular cooling pipelines are effectively arranged, so that a refrigerant and a cooling liquid can be used for refrigerating the battery at a high temperature and heating the battery at a low temperature at the same time, and the direct-liquid double-cold-heat management system can be used in a normal-temperature environment and a low-load working condition; the liquid cooling heat management system can be used in a high-temperature environment and under a high-load working condition, and is economical.

    本发明涉及电池管理技术领域,尤其涉及一种电池直液双冷板结构及其直液双冷热管理系统。包括乘员舱空调回路、电池液冷回路和电机回路,乘员舱空调回路位于电池液冷回路的一端,电机回路位于电池液冷回路的顶部;乘员舱空调回路包括压缩机、储液罐、第一膨胀阀、蒸发器、第二膨胀阀和电池直液双冷板,压缩机的底部连接有储液罐。本发明提供的一种电池直液双冷板结构及其直液双冷热管理系统,通过有效布置不规则冷却管道能够同时使用冷媒以及冷却液对电池进行高温下的制冷以及低温下的制热,解决直冷热管理系统在常温环境和低负荷工况下的使用,液冷热管理系统在高温环境和高负荷工况下的使用,以及经济性。
