In each round of neighborhood search, determining a model operator participating in the round of neighborhood search according to the probability weight, updating the current solution of the model based on the model operator participating in the round of neighborhood search, determining the target value of the round based on the updated current solution of the model, and updating the probability weight according to the target value of the round. When the iterative neighborhood search meets the first preset condition, the model target solution is obtained to schedule the air transportation resources, and the solving efficiency of the air transportation resource scheduling problem under the flight delay condition can be improved.
