The invention relates to a vehicle-station-network multi-level energy management and transaction method based on distributed robust optimization, and the method comprises the steps: firstly constructing a double-layer deterministic model with the maximum interests of a plurality of subjects as a target between a power distribution network operator and a plurality of charging stations aggregated with electric vehicles; then, a double-layer Wasserstein distribution robust model with the purpose of maximizing respective benefits of multiple subjects is constructed between a power distribution network operator and the multiple charging stations aggregated with the electric vehicles; and finally, a dual principle is adopted to convert a double-layer max-min problem into a double-layer max problem, then KKT, the dual principle and a large M method are combined to convert the double-layer max problem into a single-layer mixed integer second-order cone programming model, a solver is utilized to solve, and the effectiveness of the proposed model is proved through example simulation, so that effective management of multi-element subjects in the active power distribution network is realized, new energy is fully consumed, and the power distribution network performance is improved. The EV demand response capability is effectively mined, and the network security is ensured.

    本发明涉及一种基于分布鲁棒优化的车‑站‑网多层级能量管理与交易方法,首先,在配电网运营商与聚合了电动汽车的多个充电站之间构建了以多主体各自利益最大为目标的双层确定性模型;然后,在配电网运营商与聚合了电动汽车的多个充电站之间构建了以多主体各自利益最大为目标的双层Wasserstein分布鲁棒模型;最后,采用对偶原理将双层max‑min问题转化为双层max问题,再结合KKT、对偶原理和大M法转化为单层混合整数二阶锥规划模型,利用求解器求解,并通过算例仿真证明所提模型的有效性,以实现主动配电网内多元主体的有效管理,充分消纳新能源,有效挖掘EV需求响应能力,保证网络安全。
