The invention discloses a traffic accident severity assessment method based on a single-vehicle traffic accident database, and the method comprises the steps: S1, building a random utility function of a single-vehicle accident severity result based on the single-vehicle traffic accident database, S2, introducing normal distribution for beta jn, and carrying out the analysis of accident injury severity data, s3, in order to capture a mean value and variance heterogeneity problem of the random parameters influencing the traffic accident, parameter estimation is carried out on beta jn, and S4, simulation solving is carried out on a probability density function of the established random parameter logit model influencing the traffic accident. According to the method, the problem of heterogeneity existing in single-vehicle accident data is solved by combining a simulation solution method of a mean value and variance heterogeneity random parameter logit model.

    本发明的一种基于单车交通事故数据库的交通事故严重程度评估方法,包括步骤:S1.基于单车交通事故数据库建立单车事故严重度结果的随机效用函数,S2.对于βjn引入正态分布用于事故伤害严重程度数据的分析,S3.为捕捉影响交通事故的随机参数的均值和方差异质性问题,对βjn的参数估计,S4.对建立的影响交通事故的随机参数logit模型的概率密度函数的模拟求解。本发明通过结合均值和方差异质性随机参数logit模型的模拟求解的方法,解决了单车事故数据中存在的异质性问题。
