The invention discloses a multi-agent collaborative scheduling system and method based on Web3.0, and relates to the technical field of multi-agent collaborative scheduling operation systems. Comprising a meta-universe simulation module which constructs a meta-universe environment based on a virtual reality technology, simulates terrain and vegetation distribution information of an orchard, and provides a simulation basis for subsequent cooperative operation of an intelligent trolley and an unmanned aerial vehicle; and the intelligent trolley control module is responsible for performing remote control and autonomous navigation on the intelligent trolley so as to realize movement and positioning in the orchard. The meta universe environment is constructed based on the virtual reality technology, the terrain and vegetation distribution information of the orchard is simulated, and a simulation basis is provided for follow-up collaborative operation of the intelligent trolley and the unmanned aerial vehicle; according to the actual situation of the orchard, an appropriate pesticide spraying scheme is generated through an algorithm, spraying areas, spraying time, pesticide types and dosage parameters are automatically set, and pesticide spraying is simulated based on the universe, so that related personnel can better know the pesticide spraying situation during actual operation.
