The invention relates to a debugging method for a split large container ship superstructure. The debugging method comprises the following steps: establishing a drawing catalog of superstructure debugging equipment, classifying equipment drawings according to the drawing catalog, designing a cable connection method, finishing a debugging file, drawing the drawings, writing a debugging design file, and finally carrying out debugging operation. According to the debugging method, debugging is carried out in advance on the premise that extra cost is not increased, a large container ship debugs an equipment system under the condition that one or more layers of decks of a superstructure are disassembled and translated to the side, the debugging methods of different equipment are determined, the usage amount and laying time of cables are reduced, the debugging period is reasonably planned, and the debugging efficiency is improved. The debugging time after the upper building is split is saved; normal operation of a power system, a communication system and navigation equipment in the towing process is guaranteed, and the installation and debugging time after reinstallation is shortened; and the time for rewiring and the complete debugging of the whole ship can be shortened after the building and reinstallation.
本发明是一种大型集装箱船上建拆分后的调试方法,包括建立上建调试设备的图纸目录,依据图纸目录对设备图纸进行分类,接着进行电缆连接方法的设计,完成调试文件,绘制图纸和编写调试的设计文件,最后进行调试操作的方法。本调试方法在不增加额外成本的前提条件下,提前进入调试,大型集装箱船在上层建筑的一层或多层甲板拆开平移到旁边的情况下对设备系统进行调试,明确不同设备的调试方法,减少电缆的使用量和敷设时间,合理规划调试周期,节约上建拆分后的调试时间;保证拖航时动力系统、通讯系统和导航设备在拖航过程中正常运行,减少复装后的安装调试时间;而且在上建复装后能缩短重新接线和全船完整调试时间。
