The invention provides a submarine pipeline deformation defect surveying and mapping system and method. The submarine pipeline deformation defect surveying and mapping system comprises an engineering workboat, a lifting arm, a lifting hook, a lifting frame, a plurality of steel wire ropes, a surveying and mapping tool and a plurality of cement balancing weights, the lifting arm is installed on the engineering workboat, the lifting hook is installed on the lifting arm, the tops of the steel wire ropes are connected with the lifting hook, and the cement balancing weights are arranged on the lifting frame. The hanging bracket is installed in the middle of the multiple steel wire ropes, and the bottoms of the multiple steel wire ropes are connected with the surveying and mapping tool and the multiple cement balancing weights. Under the sea condition of almost no visibility, a foundation of hoisting operation is formed through the engineering workboat and a lifting arm and a lifting hook arranged on the engineering workboat, and the surveying and mapping tool is safely put down, seated, surveyed and recovered. Accurate in-place, surveying and drawing and recycling of the surveying and drawing tool without sitting on the bottom in the turbid sea area are achieved. According to the structural characteristics of the surveying and mapping tool, non-destructive pipe setting and non-destructive surveying and mapping of the pipeline are achieved through dynamic balance of floating gravity.

    本发明提供了一种海底管道变形缺陷测绘系统以及方法。海底管道变形缺陷测绘系统,包括:工程作业船、吊臂、吊钩、吊架、多根钢丝绳、测绘工装、多个水泥配重块,所述吊臂安装在所述工程作业船上,所述吊钩安装在所述吊臂上,多根所述钢丝绳的顶部与所述吊钩连接,所述吊架安装在多根所述钢丝绳的中部,多根所述钢丝绳的底部与所述测绘工装以及多个所述水泥配重块连接。在近乎无可见度的海况下,通过工程作业船及其配备的吊臂、吊钩形成吊装作业的基础,将测绘工装安全下放、坐管、测绘并回收。实现了在浑浊海域不坐底测绘工装的精准就位、测绘和回收。根据测绘工装本身的结构特点,利用浮重力的动态平衡实现对管道的无破坏坐管与无损测绘。
