The invention provides phospholipid terminal functionalized rare earth isoprene rubber as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the field of synthetic rubber. According to the preparation method, a rare earth compound is adopted as a main catalyst, a plurality of hydroxyl groups are introduced to two tail ends of a rare earth isoprene chain in a mode of sequentially adding hydroxyl group-containing comonomer-isoprene-hydroxyl group-containing comonomer, then a compound containing phosphoryl chloride is added in situ in a reaction system, and the compound containing phosphoryl chloride is obtained. Therefore, the purpose of introducing phospholipid functional groups to two ends of a rare earth isoprene chain is achieved. According to the method, the rare earth isoprene rubber containing different phospholipid groups is obtained by adjusting the proportion of the hydroxyl-containing comonomer, and the method is simple and efficient and does not need post-treatment.
本发明提供一种磷脂末端官能化稀土异戊橡胶及其制备方法和应用,属于合成橡胶领域。本发明制备方法为采用稀土化合物为主催化剂,通过含羟基共聚单体—异戊二烯—含羟基共聚单体三种单体依次添加的方式,分别在稀土异戊二烯链两个末端引入多个羟基,之后在反应体系中原位添加含磷酰氯的化合物,从而实现在稀土异戊二烯链两端引入磷脂官能团的目的。本发明方法通过调节含羟基共聚单体的比例得到含有不同含量磷脂基团稀土异戊橡胶,简单高效,无需后处理。
