The invention discloses a novel freight cableway portal frame and an erecting tool and method thereof, the portal frame comprises a main supporting leg and an inclined supporting leg assembly, the main supporting leg and the inclined supporting leg assembly are rotatably connected through different connecting pieces and pin shafts, a cross beam is connected with the supporting leg assembly, and the angle of the cross beam and the supporting leg assembly can be adjusted; the erecting tool comprises an erecting cross rod, and the inclined supporting legs are separated from the cross beam and connected to the erecting cross rod through adjustable connecting assemblies. The erecting method comprises the steps of presetting the height, connecting the inclined supporting legs, fixedly connecting the transverse rods, connecting the main supporting legs, adjusting the included angle and the like. Through the first supporting leg and the second supporting leg, in the erecting process, the first supporting leg and the second supporting leg are separated, the position is fixed through the erecting cross rod, then the pull rope and the erecting cross rod are matched, the cross beam is lifted step by step, the portal frame is assembled in an erecting mode from top to bottom, and after erecting is completed, the portal frame serves as an inclined supporting leg for triangular supporting; the use of heavy equipment is reduced, and the erection efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种新型货运索道门架及其搭设工装和搭设方法,门架包括主支腿和斜支腿组件,通过不同的连接件和销轴可转动连接,横梁与支腿组件连接并可调整角度;搭设工装包括搭设横杆,斜支腿与横梁分离并通过可调连接组件连接至搭设横杆;搭设方法包括预设高度、连接斜支腿、固定连接横杆、连接主支腿、调整夹角等步骤;本发明通过第一支腿和第二支腿,在进行搭设时,将第一支腿和第二支腿分开,并通过搭设横杆固定位置,然后通过拉绳和搭设横杆的配合,逐步吊起横梁,并采用“自上而下”的搭设方式对门架进行组装,在搭设完毕后,作为斜支腿进行三角支撑,减少了重型设备的使用,提升了搭设效率。
