The requirement for the operation speed is met, the energy consumption is reduced, and the continuous operation time is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种吊重作业节能控制方法、装置、系统及工程机械包括当进行起升动作时,获取马达转速,通过马达排量和速比,得到起升需要的流量;结合泵效率最优工作状态,调整电机参数,调整到当前效率最优值;当进行变幅动作时,获取变幅角度,得到变幅作业需要的流量;调节电机转速,满足当前流量需求,调整到当前效率最优值;当进行伸臂动作时,获取吊臂长度变化量,得到伸缩作业需要的流量;保证当前流量需求,调节电机转速,满足当前流量需求,调整到当前效率最优值;回转动作时,获取回转速度,得到回转需要的流量;调节电机转速,满足当前流量需求,调整到当前效率最优值。本发明既满足对作业速度的需求,降低能耗,提高连续作业时间。
