The invention relates to the technical field of hoisting, and provides an offshore platform main lifting lug structure and a working method thereof. The bottom end of the main structure stand column is used for being fixedly arranged on equipment needing to be hoisted. The main structure stand column flange plate comprises a circular ring and is fixedly installed at the top end of the main structure stand column, and a plurality of screw holes are evenly formed in the circular ring. The lifting appliance comprises a connecting piece, a lifting appliance flange plate and a lifting ring; the lifting appliance flange plate is a circular ring consistent with the main structure stand column flange plate, and the main structure stand column flange plate and the lifting appliance flange plate are connected through matching of the screw holes and the bolts. The connecting piece is used for connecting the lifting appliance flange plate with the lifting ring; the hanging ring is used for a hanging rope to penetrate through. The pulling force of a single main lifting lug plate in a traditional scheme is dispersed into a bolt group, so that the structural safety coefficient is improved, and meanwhile, the complexity of the lifting lug is greatly reduced.

    本发明涉及吊装技术领域,提供了一种海上平台主吊耳结构及其工作方法,包括主结构立柱、主结构立柱法兰盘和吊具;所述主结构立柱的底端用于固定设置在需要吊装的设备上;所述主结构立柱法兰盘包括一圆环,且固定安装在主结构立柱的顶端,所述圆环上均匀开设有若干个螺孔;所述吊具包括连接件、吊具法兰盘和吊环;所述吊具法兰盘为与主结构立柱法兰盘一致的圆环,且所述主结构立柱法兰盘和吊具法兰盘通过螺孔和所述螺栓的配合实现连接;所述连接件用于将吊具法兰盘和吊环连接起来;所述吊环用于吊绳穿过。将传统方案中单块主吊耳板的拉力分散到螺栓群中,不仅结构安全系数提高,同时大大减低了吊耳的复杂程度。
