The invention relates to a double-layer vacuum chuck device of a tubular pile crane. The double-layer vacuum chuck device comprises a vacuum gas storage hanging beam, a vacuum pump, a connecting rod assembly, a vacuum chuck assembly, a gas valve, an electromagnetic valve and a three-way valve, the vacuum gas storage hanging beam is hollow; the vacuum pump is mounted on the vacuum gas storage hanging beam, is connected to the vacuum gas storage hanging beam through a main gas pipe and is used for vacuumizing the whole vacuum gas storage hanging beam; the connecting rod assembly is installed on the vacuum gas storage hanging beam, and the vacuum sucker assembly is installed at the bottom end of the connecting rod assembly. The multiple vacuum suction cup assemblies are arranged in the extending direction of the vacuum gas storage hanging beam. The vacuum suction cup assembly is provided with a large suction cup and a small suction cup, and the small suction cup is arranged in the large suction cup; the air valve and the electromagnetic valve are respectively mounted on the vacuum gas storage hanging beam; the air valve is connected with a three-way valve; the three-way valve is connected with an air pipe I and an air pipe II; the air pipe I is connected with the large sucker; and the air pipe II is connected with the small sucker. The pipe pile hoisting device has the advantages of being safe to use, low in cost, capable of being used for hoisting pipe piles with various pipe diameters and the like.

    本发明涉及一种管桩起重机的双层真空吸盘装置,包括真空储气吊梁、真空泵、连杆组件、真空吸盘组件、气阀、电磁阀以及三通阀;真空储气吊梁内中空;真空泵安装于真空储气吊梁上,其通过一主气管连接至真空储气吊梁,用于将整根真空储气吊梁抽真空;连杆组件安装于真空储气吊梁上,其底端安装有真空吸盘组件;真空吸盘组件沿真空储气吊梁的延伸方向布置,并设置有若干个;真空吸盘组件具有一大、小吸盘,且小吸盘设置在大吸盘内;气阀、电磁阀分别安装于真空储气吊梁上;气阀上连接有三通阀;三通阀上连接有气管I和气管II;气管I和大吸盘连接;气管II和小吸盘连接。本发明具有使用安全,成本低,可用于多种管径管桩吊运等诸多优点。
