The mine hoisting system wellhead safety door device comprises a door-shaped frame arranged at a wellhead, sliding grooves are formed in the inner sides of stand columns on the two sides of the door-shaped frame, forward limiting steps are distributed in the sliding grooves at equal intervals, and the step widths of the forward limiting steps are sequentially increased from top to bottom; a cross rod is erected on each forward limiting step and can slide up and down along the corresponding sliding groove; a transmission frame is installed on a top cross beam of the door-shaped frame and rotationally connected with a worm, the two ends of the worm are sleeved with winding drums, steel wire ropes are wound around the winding drums, and the other ends of the steel wire ropes penetrate through the top cross beam to be fixedly connected with a cross rod. A worm gear is meshed with the middle of the worm and connected with a power mechanism arranged beside the door-shaped frame. The device solves the technical problems that an original safety door is complex in structure, large in occupied area and poor in protection effect, is simple and compact in structure, convenient to use, safe and reliable, reduces labor intensity and improves working efficiency.
