The invention provides a contact racemization method for a space spinning target. The contact racemization method comprises the following steps that S1, a space robot approaches a space spinning target solar wing rotating surface and hovers; s2, the space robot estimates the motion state of the space spinning target; s3, the space robot dynamically tracks the space spinning target solar wing and hovers to wait; s4, the space robot controls a mechanical arm to make the racemization tool make contact with the space spinning target solar wing; and S5, repeating the steps S2 to S4 until the angular velocity of the spatial spin target is reduced to be within an expected threshold range. The contact racemization method for the space spinning target is provided for solving the racemization problem of the space spinning target, a space robot hovers outside the rotation range of a space spinning target satellite solar wing, and a special racemization tool carried by a mechanical arm of the space robot is used for directly making contact with a sailboard frame; and the angular velocity of the space spinning target is gradually reduced through angular momentum exchange, so that the effect of racemization is achieved.
