The invention provides a connecting rod driven unfolding and winding type solar wing. The solar wing comprises a flexible battery array plane, an unfolding mechanism, a reel and a pressing and releasing mechanism. The unfolding mechanism comprises an end rod at the upper end and a base at the lower end, and the end rod and the two ends of the base are connected through connecting rods to jointly form a rectangular structure; the connecting rod pieces are connected through revolute pairs, and the base, the connecting rods and the end rods are sequentially stacked in the unfolding direction; the reel is fixed on the base side of the unfolding mechanism; one end of the flexible cell array surface is fixed on the reel, and the other end of the flexible cell array surface is fixed on the end rod side of the unfolding mechanism; wherein when the solar wing is in a folded state, the flexible cell array plane is wound on the reel, and when the solar wing is in an unfolded state, the flexible cell array plane is in an unfolded state through stretching of the end rod and the base of the connecting and unfolding mechanism.
