After the marine equipment arrives, the marine equipment is fixed to the floor through the connecting block according to the actual size of the marine equipment, the problem that in the prior art, a fixing support is pre-buried and then installed, consequently, precision errors exist, and welding needs to be conducted again is solved, meanwhile, the connecting block is smaller in size compared with a traditional fixing support, and cost is reduced. And the situation that the floor needs to be cut in a large range when the fixed support is welded again is avoided.
本发明涉及船舶建造技术领域,特别涉及一种船用设备的固定方法,该固定方法包括如下步骤:S1、在地板上划定船用设备的安装区域;S2、测量船用设备的安装尺寸,并根据安装尺寸在安装区域中的地板上切割多个安装孔,其中,安装孔中露出地板中的钢板层;S3、提供多个连接块,并将连接块放置于安装孔中并将连接块固定于钢板层;S4、通过紧固件将连接块和船用设备固定在一起。在船用设备到达后,再根据船用设备的实际尺寸,通过连接块将船用设备固定到地板上,避免了现有技术中预埋固定支架再安装,导致精度存在误差需要重新焊接的问题,同时,连接块相对传统固定支架体积更小,避免了重新焊接固定支架需要大范围切割地板的情况发生。
