The invention relates to the technical field of automobile parts, and discloses an automobile electric power steering hardware control system which comprises a power supply filtering and reverse connection prevention circuit, a dual-power supply circuit, a microcontroller, a sensor signal input circuit, a pre-drive circuit and a three-phase full-bridge inverter circuit. Compared with the prior art, the system has the advantages that domestic chips are adopted in the scheme and matched with related circuits, the domestic automobile electric power steering hardware control system is achieved, the functions and performance of the system are not superior to those of similar imported chip architecture products, and under control of a software system, the system is simple in structure and convenient to use. And the functions of temperature management, damping compensation and the like can be achieved, and product development is completely autonomous and controllable. The controller is subjected to environment and durability tests according to GMW3172 and other standard requirements, and the safety requirements specified by the standard are met through related tests such as high-temperature durability, mechanical shock, thermal cycle vibration, cold and hot shock and the like. The design of multi-point fault monitoring and protection, redundancy, electromagnetic compatibility, reverse connection prevention and the like ensures that the product is safe, stable and reliable. The selected chips are independently researched and developed in China and accord with the AEC-Q standard.

    本发明涉及汽车零部件技术领域,公开了一种汽车电动助力转向硬件控制系统,包括电源滤波及防反接电路、双电源供电电路、微控器、传感器信号输入电路、预驱电路、三相全桥逆变电路。本发明具有以下优点和效果:本方案全部采用国产芯片,并搭配相关电路,实现一种国产化汽车电动助力转向硬件控制系统,其功能、性能不输同类进口芯片架构的产品,在软件系统的控制下,可以实现随速助力并具有温度管理、阻尼补偿等功能,产品开发实现完全自主可控。控制器按上汽GMW3172等标准要求进行环境及耐久力测试,经过高温耐久、机械冲击、热循环振动、冷热冲击等相关试验,满足标准规定的安全性要求。多点故障监测及保护、冗余、电磁兼容、防反接等设计保证产品安全、稳定、可靠。所选芯片均为国内自主研发、符合符合AEC‑Q标准的芯片。
