The invention provides a C-shaped city domain vehicle chassis traction, bolster and buffer structure applied to rail transit vehicles, which comprises a sleeper beam assembly, a traction beam, a coupler mounting seat and a buffer beam, the rear end of the sleeper beam assembly is welded and fixedly connected with the front end of the coupler mounting seat through the traction beam, and the rear end of the sleeper beam assembly is welded and fixedly connected with the front end of the coupler mounting seat through the buffer beam. The buffer beams are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the two sides of the rear end face of the coupler installation base. The traction, bolster and buffer structure can be directly used for a new-generation C-type city train, and provides a unified standard of core structure parameters such as corresponding aluminum material type selection and boundary dimension characteristics for the traction, bolster and buffer structure of an all-aluminum structure of the new train type, so that the train body design efficiency is improved, the design risk is reduced, and the design cost is reduced. In addition, the traction, bolster and buffer structure can be popularized and applied to follow-up similar aluminum alloy vehicle models, and the technical level of follow-up projects can be improved.

    本发明提供一种应用于轨道交通车辆的C型市域车底架牵枕缓结构,其包括枕梁组成、牵引梁、车钩安装座和缓冲梁,所述的枕梁组成的后端通过所述的牵引梁与所述的车钩安装座的前端焊接固连,所述的缓冲梁对称固连在车钩安装座后端面的两侧;本发明的牵枕缓结构可直接用于新一代C型市域列车,并为该新车型的全铝结构牵枕缓提供相应的铝材选型和外形尺寸特征等核心结构参数的统一标准,从而,提高车体设计的效率,降低设计风险,进而为其实现了铝合金底架端部结构的平台化、标准化、模块化提供参考依据,此外,本发明的牵枕缓结构还可推广应用至后续的同类铝合金车型,并有助于提升后续项目的技术水平。
