Firstly, a vehicle-following model is constructed according to driving state information of a front vehicle and a controlled vehicle; a dynamic model of the hybrid electric vehicle is established, and the required power of the controlled vehicle is obtained through the dynamic model; a vehicle-mounted power system energy source degradation model is constructed, the optimal energy distribution result of the controlled vehicle is obtained in combination with the required power of the controlled vehicle, and the vehicle-following model comprises a reference vehicle-following distance model and a variable-time-distance vehicle-following controller model; the specific operation of obtaining the optimal energy distribution result of the controlled vehicle is that a multi-objective function and constraint conditions are constructed based on the vehicle-mounted power system energy source degradation model and the required power, a prediction model of the multi-objective function is constructed by using a weighting method, the prediction model is solved to obtain the optimal energy distribution result of the controlled vehicle, and the optimal energy distribution result of the controlled vehicle is obtained. According to the method, a multi-variable and multi-constraint system can be flexibly processed by adopting the prediction model to control energy distribution.
