The invention relates to a new energy automobile thermal management method, which adopts a subsection control method, takes the water inlet temperature of a galvanic pile or a battery pack as input, takes the noise and energy efficiency of modules as output, and can open all or part of the cooling capacity of each heat dissipation module in a subsection manner according to the thermal load and the temperature of the galvanic pile or the battery pack. The heat dissipation energy efficiency is improved and the total energy consumption of the whole vehicle is reduced; by introducing the high-voltage module and the high-voltage electronic fan, the heat dissipation upper limit of the heat dissipation module is greatly improved, and the heat dissipation module can be suitable for a new energy platform with high heat productivity; most working conditions of the whole vehicle can run in a high-energy-consumption and low-noise interval, the cruising ability of the whole vehicle is improved, and meanwhile the comfort of a driver is guaranteed.

    本发明涉及一种新能源汽车热管理方法,该热管理方法采用分段控制法,以电堆或者电池包的进水温度为输入,模块的噪音、能效为输出,可根据热负荷大小以及电堆或电池包的温度,分段打开各散热模块的全部或者部分冷却能力,提升散热能效,降低整车的总能耗;通过引入了高压模块和高压电子风扇,大大提升了散热模块的散热上限,可以适用于大发热量的新能源平台;本发明可以使整车大部分工况运行在高能耗、低噪音的区间,提升了整车的续航能力,同时保证驾驶人员的舒适性。
