The invention provides an electric energy charging and storage integrated system, and the system comprises a mobile charging and storage device which is configured to store electric energy and carry out bidirectional charging and discharging in a mobile manner; the energy gateway is configured to be connected with a power grid and other devices in the system so as to realize bidirectional flow of electric energy; the mobile docking device can be connected with the energy gateway and the mobile charging and storing device so as to realize bidirectional flow of electric energy between the energy gateway and the mobile charging and storing device; and the charging and storage management platform is configured to manage and schedule generation, consumption and storage of electric energy in the mobile charging and storage device, the energy gateway and the mobile docking device. The invention further provides a method for conducting micro-grid circulation through the electric energy charging and storing integrated system, a virtual power plant system and a method for conducting virtual power plant circulation through the virtual power plant system.
