The invention provides a double-motor electric drive axle assembly. The double-motor electric drive axle assembly comprises a first motor, a second motor, a transmission, a planet row and a differential mechanism. The two transmissions are correspondingly arranged on one side of the first motor and one side of the second motor respectively, and input shafts of the two transmissions are connected with main shafts of the first motor and the second motor respectively; a sun gear of the planet row is in transmission connection with output shafts of the two transmissions; the differential mechanism is connected with a planet carrier of the planet row and half shafts at the two ends of the axle. By adopting the two motors and the two second-gear transmissions, the two motors are coupled and output to the main reduction gear in the axle through the two transmissions with different speed ratios, the main reduction gear is connected with the sun gear of the planet row, the planet carrier is connected with the differential mechanism shell, and finally power is transmitted to the differential mechanism after passing through the planet reduction mechanism. Therefore, the power system of the whole vehicle can fully utilize the high-efficiency area of the motor, the energy consumption of the whole vehicle is reduced, the cost is reduced, and the dynamic property and the economical efficiency of the system are optimized.
本发明提供一种双电机电驱桥总成,包括第一电机、第二电机、变速器、行星排以及差速器;两个变速器分别对应设置在第一电机和第二电机的一侧,两个变速器的输入轴分别与第一电机和第二电机的主轴连接;行星排的太阳轮与两个变速器的输出轴传动连接;差速器分别与行星排的行星架和车桥两端的半轴连接。本发明通过采用两个电机、两个二档变速器,使两个电机通过两个速比不同的变速器进行耦合输出至车桥内部的主减速齿轮,主减速齿轮与行星排的太阳轮连接,行星架与差速器壳体连接,最终动力通过行星减速机构后,由行星架(差速器)输出,从而解决整车动力系统更充分利用电机的高效区,降低整车能耗,降低成本,优化系统动力性、经济性的问题。
