The invention discloses an energy management method based on data rule mining, relates to the technical field of train energy management methods, and is characterized in that the energy management method of a ground energy storage system based on data rule mining is provided according to a working condition identification method based on a K-means clustering algorithm. The overall working condition of the train in the power supply section can be accurately identified, and the dynamic adjustment of the charging and discharging voltage threshold of the energy storage system is realized according to the working condition identification result. Compared with a traditional energy management method based on a fixed threshold value or no-load voltage identification, the method can effectively absorb the residual regenerative braking energy of the train, fully utilizes the absorbed regenerative braking energy under the traction working condition, reduces the output energy of a transformer substation, and achieves the purposes of energy conservation and consumption reduction.

    本发明公开了一种基于数据规律挖掘的能量管理方法,涉及列车能量管理方法技术领域,其技术方案要点是:本发明提出了一种基于数据规律挖掘的地面式储能系统能量管理方法,根据基于K‑means聚类算法的工况识别方法,可以对供电区间内的列车整体工况进行准确识别,并由工况识别结果实现储能系统充放电电压阈值的动态调整。相较于传统的固定阈值或基于空载电压辨识的能量管理方法,本方法可以有效吸收列车的剩余再生制动能量,并在牵引工况时充分利用所吸收的再生制动能量,降低变电站输出能量从而实现节能减耗目标。
