The invention discloses a current collector and a preparation method thereof, a battery, a battery pack and a vehicle. The current collector comprises: a copper foil having a first surface and a second surface; the first aluminum film layer is positioned on the first surface of the copper foil; the second aluminum film layer is positioned on the second surface of the copper foil; the first nano-structure layer is located on at least part of the surface, away from the copper foil, of the first aluminum film layer; and the second nano-structure layer is positioned on at least part of the surface, far away from the copper foil, of the second aluminum film layer. Therefore, the current collector has relatively high conductivity and relatively high tensile strength, and is not easy to demould or break in the rolling process and the charging and discharging process; the current collector has relatively good oxidation resistance and is not easy to corrode; moreover, the current collector has relatively good wettability, so that the adhesion of the active material layer on the surface of the current collector is improved, and the bonding strength of the active material layer and the current collector is improved.

    本申请公开了集流体及其制备方法、电池、电池包和车辆。集流体包括:铜箔,铜箔具有第一表面和第二表面;第一铝膜层,第一铝膜层位于铜箔的第一表面上;第二铝膜层,第二铝膜层位于铜箔的第二表面上;第一纳米结构层,第一纳米结构层位于第一铝膜层远离铜箔的至少部分表面上;第二纳米结构层,第二纳米结构层位于第二铝膜层远离铜箔的至少部分表面上。由此,该集流体具有较高的电导率、较高的抗拉强度,在辊压过程以及充放电过程中不易脱膜或断带;该集流体具有较好的抗氧化性能,不易被腐蚀;并且,该集流体具有较好的润湿性能,有利于提高活性物质层在集流体表面的附着,提高活性物质层与集流体的结合强度。
