The invention discloses a data-driven vehicle transverse dynamics modeling method based on physical inspiration. The data-driven vehicle transverse dynamics modeling method is derived based on vehicle dynamics physical rule inspiration. Based on a traditional vehicle transverse dynamics model, a novel tire force model expression of the time-varying tire stiffness is provided; the longitudinal vehicle speed and the front wheel slip rate which can be obtained through measurement serve as adjusting parameters of a linear variable parameter system model, a traditional vehicle transverse dynamic model is designed into a new linear variable parameter control model, and the new model achieves effective separation of time-varying parameters related to a vehicle and the adjusting parameters which can be obtained through real-time measurement. And deducing a discrete domain data driven vehicle transverse dynamics model based on the linear variable parameter control new model. According to the data driving model, effective and accurate establishment of the vehicle transverse dynamic model can be achieved through a very few data points, and the problem of vehicle parameter time varying caused by working environment changes can be solved.

    一种基于物理启发的数据驱动车辆横向动力学建模方法,该数据驱动方法是基于车辆动力学物理规律启发推导而来。基于传统车辆横向动力学模型,提出一种新型时变轮胎刚度的轮胎力模型表达式;提出以可测量得到的纵向车速与前轮滑移率作为线性变参数系统模型的调整参数,将传统车辆横向动力学模型设计成线性变参数控制新模型,新模型实现了车辆相关的时变参数与可实时测量得到的调整参数的有效分离;基于线性变参数控制新模型推导离散域数据驱动的车辆横向动力学模型。以上数据驱动模型可以极少数的数据点实现车辆横向动力学模型的有效准确建立,且可以应对由于工作环境变化而导致的车辆参数时变问题。
