The invention discloses a monorail crane driving motor control system and method. The monorail crane driving motor control system comprises a motor switching valve, a motor floating valve and a clamping oil cylinder. The motor switching valve comprises a first two-position four-way electromagnetic directional valve, a second two-position four-way electromagnetic directional valve and a one-way throttle valve; the motor floating valve comprises a two-position three-way pilot operated directional control valve, a three-position three-way pilot operated directional control valve, a first one-way valve, a two-position two-way pilot operated directional control valve and a second one-way valve; the first two-position four-way electromagnetic directional valve is connected with the clamping oil cylinder through a hydraulic pipeline; and the second two-position four-way electromagnetic reversing valve is connected with control cavities of the one-way throttle valve, the two-position three-way hydraulic control reversing valve and the two-position two-way hydraulic control reversing valve through hydraulic pipelines. By controlling the actions of the motor switching valve and the motor floating valve, the driving part can stably intervene in or be separated from the operation of the locomotive in the operation process of the locomotive, the variable driving efficiency and the working efficiency are effectively improved, and the possibility that the driving motor is damaged is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种单轨吊驱动马达控制系统及方法,包括马达切换阀、马达浮动阀和夹紧油缸;所述马达切换阀包括第一二位四通电磁换向阀、第二二位四通电磁换向阀和单向节流阀;所述马达浮动阀包括两位三通液控换向阀、三位三通液控换向阀、第一单向阀、二位二通液控换向阀和第二单向阀;所述第一二位四通电磁换向阀通过液压管路与夹紧油缸连接;第二二位四通电磁换向阀通过液压管路与单向节流阀、两位三通液控换向阀和二位二通液控换向阀的控制腔连接。本发明中通过控制马达切换阀、马达浮动阀的动作,可实现机车运行过程中驱动部平稳介入或脱开机车运行,有效提高了变驱效率,工作效率,降低了驱动马达损坏的可能性。
