The invention relates to a rubber composition for tires, a mixing method and application. A tire shoulder, apex and other parts of a radial tire have high requirements for low heat generation performance, flexing resistance, dynamic fatigue resistance and other performance of the tire, and even the tire needs to have fire-resistant and flame-retardant performance under part of special purposes. According to the tire rubber composition provided by the invention, by adding the low-heat-generation filler and the fatigue-resistant and flame-retardant filler, the fire-resistant, flame-retardant and mechanical properties of tire products are effectively improved, the tire rubber composition is particularly suitable for parts such as shoulder pad rubber and upper apex of a truck tire, and the use safety of the tire is effectively improved.

    本发明涉及一种用于轮胎的橡胶组合物、混炼方法及应用。子午线轮胎的胎肩、三角胶等部位对轮胎的低生热性能、抗屈挠性能、耐动态疲劳性能等性能具有较高的要求,甚至部分特殊用途下需要轮胎具有耐火阻燃性能。本发明提供了一种轮胎橡胶组合物,通过添加低生热填料、耐疲劳及及阻燃填料,有效提高了轮胎制品的耐火阻燃性能及机械性能,尤其适用于载重胎胎肩垫胶、上三角胶等部位,有效提高轮胎使用的安全性。
