The method for determining the tipping risk of the crane comprises the steps that under the condition that a slewing mechanism of the crane is located in a non-positive orientation, working condition parameters of the crane are obtained, and the working condition parameters comprise the slewing angle; according to the working condition parameters, the hoisting capacity compensation amount of the rated hoisting capacity of the crane is determined, and the rated hoisting capacity is the maximum hoisting capacity corresponding to the crane in the positive direction; compensating the rated hoisting capacity according to the hoisting capacity compensation quantity to obtain a final rated hoisting capacity; and determining whether the crane has the tipping risk based on the final rated lifting capacity. According to the embodiment of the invention, the hoisting capacity of the crane can be fully utilized.

    本发明实施例提供一种用于确定起重机倾翻风险的方法、装置、处理器及起重机,属于工程机械领域。用于确定起重机倾翻风险的方法包括:在起重机的回转机构位于非正方位的情况下,获取起重机的工况参数,其中,工况参数包括回转角度;根据工况参数确定关于起重机的额定起重量的起重量补偿量,其中,额定起重量为起重机在正方位对应的最大起重量;根据起重量补偿量对额定起重量进行补偿,以得到最终额定起重量;基于最终额定起重量确定起重机是否存在倾翻风险。本发明实施例可以充分利用起重机的吊载能力。
