The invention discloses a marine hydrogen fuel cell power generation system, which belongs to the technical field of new energy, and comprises a negative pressure hydrogen zone unit, an air supply subsystem, a hydrothermal management subsystem, an electrical subsystem, a ventilation subsystem, a tail emission subsystem, a module safety monitoring system and a cabin accessory, the system comprises a marine water pump, a primary filter, a gas-water separation device, a water storage tank and a cabin safety monitoring system. The power generation system adopts a modular design, can be expanded according to ship power requirements, meets the power requirements of ships for various purposes, is clear in sub-system area and compact in structure, and facilitates in-ship arrangement and later maintenance.
