The vehicle front leg assembly comprises a vehicle front leg rod hinged to the sliding sleeve assembly in a pivot mode, a vehicle front wheel installed on the vehicle front leg rod and a vehicle front leg supporting rod hinged to the vehicle front leg rod and the hand push rod assembly in a pivot mode, and the vehicle front leg assembly corresponds to the position of the receding space. The vehicle rear leg assembly comprises a vehicle rear leg rod hinged to the bottom of the hand push rod assembly in a pivoted mode, vehicle rear wheels installed on the vehicle rear leg rod, and a vehicle rear leg supporting rod hinged to the sliding sleeve assembly and the vehicle rear leg rod in a pivoted mode.
