The invention provides a working mode control method and device of a hybrid power vehicle and the vehicle. The method comprises the steps that in the vehicle running process, the battery remaining capacity and the current vehicle speed of the vehicle are detected; comparing the battery residual electric quantity with a preset threshold value, comparing the current vehicle speed with a preset vehicle speed, if the battery residual electric quantity is smaller than the preset threshold value and the current vehicle speed is larger than the preset vehicle speed, determining that the vehicle runs in a non-direct-drive working mode, controlling the working mode of the vehicle to be switched into a direct-drive working mode, and triggering an engine to charge a power battery; under the high-speed and low-SOC working condition and the condition that the working mode is switched to the direct-drive working mode, the engine charges the power battery while the vehicle is driven by the engine, and the purposes of reducing the load of the engine and avoiding the over-temperature fault of the engine are achieved while the driving force of the whole vehicle is guaranteed.

    本发明提供一种混合动力车辆的工作模式控制方法、装置及车辆,该方法包括:在车辆运行过程中,检测车辆的电池剩余电量和当前车速;比对电池剩余电量与预设阈值,以及比对当前车速与预设车速,如果电池剩余电量小于预设阈值,且当前车速大于预设车速,并确认车辆运行于非直驱工作模式,控制车辆的工作模式切换为直驱工作模式,并触发发动机给动力电池充电,以保证在高速低SOC工况下,在工作模式切换至直驱工作模式的情况下,由发动机驱动车辆的同时,使发动机给动力电池充电,实现在保证整车驱动力的同时,降低发动机负载,避免造成发动机过温故障的目的。
